Customer Service Representative

Exciting Customer Service Rep opportunity!

TK Cups-Sorg's in Fitchburg, MA is looking for a friendly and energetic CSR, to be the first experience our customers have with our company. The CSR will act as a liaison, providing product information and answering questions about in-house orders and timelines. The person in this role must be a self-starter, adaptable to change, and a team player that works well independently and with peers.

A successful candidate knows that the customer comes first and is genuinely excited to help the customer, advocating for them when needed. They're patient, empathetic, and willing to learn the operations of the business as a means of helping the customer. This role requires attention to detail and an understanding of good, positive communication flow between the company and its clients.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails between several accounts.
• Identify and assess customer needs.
• Grow relationships by providing accurate information and using the right methods/tools.
• Resolve customer challenges by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide price quotes and follow-up on sales leads.
• Enter order info into the scheduling system.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers!

Requirements and skills

• High school diploma
• Strong phone skills
• Proven customer support experience in any field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to rapidly adapt/respond to different types of situations.
