Customer Service Representative

Exciting Customer Service Rep opportunity! 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Manage incoming phone calls and emails between several accounts.
• Identify and assess customer needs.
• Grow relationships by providing accurate information.
• Resolve customer challenges.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide price quotes and follow-up on sales leads.
• Enter order info into the scheduling system.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers!

Requirements and skills

• High school diploma.
• Strong phone skills.
• Proven customer support experience in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to rapidly adapt/respond to different types of situations.
