The Ink Technician is responsible for ensuring a consistent supply of inks, maintaining product quality, and enhancing departmental efficiency. You will also oversee workspace organization and cleanliness, contributing to our continuous improvement initiatives while meeting or exceeding production targets.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Prepare and stage inks, ensuring accurate formulas.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Monitor ink levels and develop an inventory system for ink management.
• Assist in prepress and production activities, including screen washing and coating, and backup department lead as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the work area on a daily basis.

Requirements and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
