Ink Technician

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and mechanically inclined? Do you enjoy being hands-on and playing a key role in the production process? We're looking for an Ink Technician to join our production team! In this critical role, you'll ensure our ink supply runs smoothly and keep our presses moving efficiently and helping us deliver premium-quality products every time.

What You'll Do:

• Mix, match, and stage inks for all departments one day in advance.
• Ensure all formulas are accurate and inks are thoroughly blended.
• Deliver inks to production lines and safely dispose of unused materials in accordance with state laws.
• Keep your workspace organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help refine our ink inventory system.
• Monitor and review ink stock daily and perform monthly inventory counts.
• Assist with screen washing/coating and back up the Department Lead by learning film processing and plate making.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with ink mixing is a plus. Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and strong computer skills will set you apart.
• Willing to collaborate and step in where needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks with precision.
• A sharp eye for color, consistency, and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing setting preferred.
