Shipper / Receiver

Join us as a Shipper at TK Cups, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our high-quality products reach their destinations swiftly and securely. As a Shipper, you'll be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments. You will also maintain accurate documentation, such as shipping labels, invoices, and customs forms, ensuring all records are up-to-date and error-free.

In addition, you will coordinate with various carriers to schedule pickups and track shipments, making sure deliveries are completed on time. This role requires close collaboration with our inventory and production teams to manage stock levels and fulfill orders efficiently. You will also troubleshoot and resolve any shipping issues that may arise, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Duties/Responsibilities Include

• Knowledge in UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
• Knowledge in shipping 3rd party and International Shipping.
• Attention to detail in packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Coordinate with carriers for pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain shipping supplies inventory.
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

Requirements and Skills

• 1 year minimum previous shipping experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift / Clamp Truck certification a plus
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
